I've just been speaking to the Vulcan team, it's moving from it's current location up to Doncaster soon (dunno which base) so keep your eyes open over the next week or so.

Yeah I saw it at Farnborough. Love it! Got a piece of metal from the plane sat on our desk at work which came in this morning so ive been looking at pics of the thing all morning. Glad its still flying - for now anyway.

All the Vulcan spares and old engines are in my companies unit next door. One of the engines was destroyed by a bird strike, they've got the side panel off it revealing the turbine blades, they use it for education now, there's an ejector seat just inside the door and the 4 remaining Olympus engines in cradles.

I can reveal the Vulcan will be flying into Doncaster airport on Tuesday next week so keep your eyes open. It looks like it might become it's permanent home.

Saw her fly at Goodwood last year.

First time since the Air Fair at Biggin when I was about 9 or 10.

Felt like a kid again watching her do her stuff.

No low level pass this time though Fucking health and safety wankers!

Never been to a air show, but I've seen it flying about.

A bloke I work with has a picture of his Pirtek van parked next to it in the hanger.
