I've not clicked the link, will do later but is it just 100 straight off? It's hard if your not very fit I'd imagine, lactic acid FTW!

For a while last year I wanted to get in shape for going on holiday so started doing sit-ups & pushups starting doing 20 of each & building myself up a few more each night before going to bed. iirc within a couple of weeks 50 was easy. Id expect 100 would have come along soon enough if id kept it up. But I went on holiday & got lazy & fell out of the routine.
I should really start doing something like that again!!

If you train, it's easy, if you don't.....well it's obvious.
I do alot of push ups usually in sets of 15 or 20 but 100 needed a bit of willpower and drive. Although my power:weight ratio is quite good.

Well, its basically doing a programme I suppose over a 6 week period increasing the amount you do each week with the aim to get up to 100 at the end of it.

Your still better off doing 5 sets of 20 than 100 straight out though, in muscle building terms.

Anyone that says they're capable of doing 100 I would like to see youtube evidence. It is solid.

I've just started doing them, want to get/keep in shape over the end of season. Would tow to do 40 in 2 sets at the minute! Up for the challenge though, I won't be able to get to 100 but it will be interesting, we should set a date, get a comp going for that added motivation!
30 I got for initial test, not a balls out effort with a gun to the head probably scrape 36-37!

Pre-fatigue training teaches you to deal with lactic acid.
