I work for Easynet and we offer 8Meg lines on a fibre optic line but we can offer upto 150Meg lines if you have the dosh.

512k 1Mb and 2Mb you will only ever get 256Kb upload speed

unless you can get SDSL on your exchange which will give you 2Mb download and 2Mb upload
