Which type of recordable DVD discs are best for recording on PC and then playing on standalone dvd player coz theres different types isnt there?? My player will not play CDR's or CDRW's if thats any help.

Most common is DVD-R, but if you are thinking or getting a writer get a Dual one, this means it will fo both + and - DVD's You can pick up for about £110 now
