Yeah that is a consideration, but my mum said that i could use her fiesta for uni, she can take the MR2 to work (close to home) and save fuel and millage that way. Gotta do some sums!

It'll only be the 2.0 if i get the Alpha.
Don't think i would be happy with a TDi, have thought about the extra cost of SUL and all this is puttin me off the MR2 a bit!

Wouldn't have thought the Cally would be much cheaper to run than the MR2, and they have a lot of problems wirth the Cally T, rust, transfer boxes etc

quote: if buying the fiat make sure it's had the cambelt done £1800 and two days work at fiat garagequote:
not true, if you went to a fiat dealer, it would cost about £1200, there are garages that will do it for £500, with engine left in, which only takes a day, this cambelt problem only apply's to the 20v and 20v turbo, not 16v/16vt.
0-60 6secs
0-100 14.5 secs
155+
plus 4 seats, compared to mr2's 2 seat job, coupe has better sounding engine 5 pot.
go test drive coupe 20vt, to get the full picture
