They never put a B16 engine into a EG (91-95) coupe. it was only the 1.5 Lsi.
It is however a straight and easy swap

yes u can easily put a b16 in the coupe, i've got a mate who does it for 1500 all in conversion kit, including uprated brakes etc.. (i have to check but i think this is correct) it's a proper garage who tune honda's mainly, recently put out a 276bhp (dyno'd) civic vti hatchback!! madness.

hi,

if your in the market now and don't want to do a conversion,
i'm selling my civic coupe vti at the moment.

it's '99, metallic black, fsh, t&t, excellent condition, got some warranty in bristol.

just serviced about 1500 miles ago
comes with drop front clarion cd player, otherwise standard

it's on the trader for 5995, but open to sensible offers.
