lucky me, im a automotive design student at coventry university, my latest project is to research car headlamps, so im looking in depth at my corsas headlamp, so any feed back on any aspects of the design/manufacture would be great.
if theres any members out there with an indepth knowledge of the processes or matirials used please help!!!

gonna design some kick ass new headlamps for vaux!!
