People have got off on it but I think the judges have caught on to it now, plus I'd think the authorities are working real hard to close that loop hole.

You have to have a legal representative fill in the details, other wise it's still accepted as a confession.

Its difficult to see what they can do to close the loop hole, without your signature its not a legally binding statement and you cant be forced to sign anything as it defeats the whole point of it being "your" statement.
