DNS on his gateway isn't resolving the site properly. I'd need to know more to fix it though.

It might be his ISP's DNS servers not working correctly?

Is he getting the problem on any other sites?

he doesnt get that problem on any other site. ive checked the MC ip banning thing but his ip address isnt in there..... wat can he do then to resolve this matter?
