WP Max Engine Power Upgrades | Software Upgrades

The WP EVO-Engine conversion is for the user who demands the maximum power from their C20LET. This upgrade is carried out on the user’s own block by us at our premises in Scotland. Blocks are pressure tested, crank checked and balanced and on completion it is washed and tested on our dynamometer. The power capability on this engine is around the 475BHP. A list of parts and modifications is listed below:

Re-bore (advised) (0.5 or 1mm oversize) - £117.50
Skim top of block - £59
Supply and fit oil spray nozzles for piston cooling - £289
Big end bearing shells - £35
Modified main bearing shells - £79
Arrow Steel con-rods (fitted with ARP rod bolts - £775
Forged Low compression pistons in either 86/86.5/87mm sizes - £499
Labour to strip, build and test block - £350
Steel head gasket - £39
New Oil pump - £125
New Water Pump - £39
Insured Carriage (including pick up and return of block) - £56.50
Total kit price £2463.

Cylinder Head studs £25 (set of 10)
Head Stud conversion set - £135
Complete gasket set (excluding steel head gasket)- £65
Steel Gear (inner) for oil pump - £105.75
Nylon pressure release valve - £53.46

As some of you know i had a c20let in my corsa, i'm thinking of doing the above engine work, do you guys reackon i should or shall i not.

sounds ok what they are doing. making the engine strong to handle big power. however how much power do you think a FWD corsa can take.

475bhp in a FWD is not thinkable surely every gear change you'd be all over the place
