I have a full liscence but only to drive manual & automatic cars, as I never ticked the box for motorbikes.

Do I need to re-apply for a new liscence (provisional) to drive a motorbike? yet still have a full liscence to drive a car? as while I'm sorting out my next corsa, just looking at gettin a lil scooter as something as a run-around

mainly due to the cheap insurance & cheap to run

cheers

Oooo tough one

I'd say send it off and get it changed.Oh and you will need a CBT whatever you do.

U can ride it on a car license as a provisional yeah, but you HAVE to take your CBT in order to allow you to ride on the road. Get caught without it and u'll be in serious trouble.

CBT last now for only 2 years also.
