I tend to get about 300 miles from £30, 1.6 Sport, on 72.5k miles...

The on board computer in my mates M3 drops from an average of 25mpg to 8.5mpg when he floors it and the Variable Valve timing kicks in.

Tis what you get for running a 3ltr monster tho I suppose!!

Doubt the decat would reduce fuel economy that much, maybe its because mines newer with less miles?? Although saying that my bro has over 60k on his VTS and he gets the same. 150miles for £25 is shocking for a 106 GTI, thats between 21-25 mpg!! I get between 35-38 mpg everytime, all mixed road driving 2 not motorway. Maybe u 2 rag the hell out of them all the time but saying that I don't exactly hang about
