well u may alreayd know that i am in court on the 23rd of Jan for a traffic offence.

simply i got caught last july for going thru a red light at 2.30 in the morning i already ahve 3 points for speeding so 6 points wud result in me loosing my license as ive only been driving 12months. so of course i had to plead not guilty.

there is a few things which are on my side, such as the cop had no way of seeing my lights, his light was not the next one on green. he said i failed to produce my documents (i said i have got them, shud i go and get them out of my car? he replied, oh it dont matter now, ive alreayd ticked the box to say u aint got em!) and he also got the time wrong on his statement, at that i was ina different town wiv 8 witnesses.

anyway i went to a solicitors for some advise. he explained that i ahd to get pics of the junction and that and it may help to bring some 'quality' witnesses to the court. he said that if i want he will represent me for no more than 200quid

do u think i should pay for him, afterall my license is at stake here.

ye, im seriously thinkin on it. cos if i loose it my insuranc is going to go sky high (its abd enuf anyway) and like fcuk am i goin to be able to drive like a learner.

however i dnt wanna spend 200quid and still loose it. then i will be fcuked

£200 is worth the gamble imo, you should get off if you have a good enough case
