Hi just had my car back from the bodyshop with widearch kit fitted but i currently have 16inch alloys and standard suspension and i have caught my bumper about have a douzen times in the last few days would stiffening my suspension help?

Hello mate, If it keeps catching i would seriously get it on some shocks and springs as soon as possible!! If you dont want to lower it too much get a 35 or 40mm lowering kit, but get shocks aswell because they really help stiffen it up. I had the same problem with my bumper.
If its gonna be a while before you get the kit fitted, I would buy some fibreglass and fill the inside of the bumper where its being hit to strengthen it up or else its just gonna crack !!

ive got the same problem mate
mines is lowered 40mm on springs with 17's and it catch all the time
im savin for 18's now
thats the only thing i can think of to help it
cool bumper tho

get 18's, save a lot of bumper respray charges

yer ive got 18s and coilovers, bumper rarely touches the floor now, only going up or down quite steep slopes etc
get some coilovers, then u can adjust the height to what ever u want
