Easy. Pull the left and right ones off (or with a flathead_ mind the plastic tho). The middle one needs to be pulled out (for the boot window heater), point it straight up, find the hole in the bottom and youll need to release its catch from there and pull..

Unless you have air con, then the left knob is the same as for the centre one.
