Looking to buy my new car and haven't got a clue what to get. Seen a couple of these on autotrader that have taken my fancy. Looked at the stats on parkers and they aren't to bad

0-60=8.5
MPG=37

Anyone know anything else about them?

They're dated, slow, ugly and generally crap.

You would be a mad fool if you bought one.

If you insist on something of that type then get an MX5. Still gay but at least they're a good car!

Saw a review of them on tv - meant to be utter shite so I'd steer clear! Don't handle, poor reliability etc. MK2 is meant to be better but still bad. If you like those sort of cars an MX-5 is miles better.

p.s I'll have a short back and sides please

The latest ones are much better, if you going to bother you should get a Trophy 160. Although I wouldn't trust a rover engine as far as I could throw it. Head gaskets made of chocolate.
