I put some brand new all weather bulbs in my corsa b, cos couldnt see a fcukin thing in the dark, and they still shine yellow and dont make much difference. Does it sound like the bulbs, or is there something i can do to make them brighter?

buy some 50% brighter ones or sumthin...

re-wire them with thicker wire and put in brighter bulbs.
