Will i go on one of these stupid convoy cruises. It was a joke, no-one knew where we were going and we ended up filling a petrol station with modified cars. I think half of the people gace up and went to southend in the end anyway. Anyone else go on this one? followed that corsa on 20's, dollarz i think? Followed him back up the M20 for a while. What a joke id be interested to know if anyone actually made the final destination and where the hell it actually was.

well, all the way down the m20 there was speeding, we had to do 120 just to keep up sometimes, then it would slow down to 60, then to 20 and so many near misses. It was terrible, very dangerous wish id gone to southend now like i had originally planned too. Ended up going through the dartford tunnel to lakeside services only to be told we were going back the other way so had to go back over dartford bridge. Wasnt very well organised at all. Still, lakeside services must have had well over 1000 cars sitting there.

Know how you feel, Went to one in my mates car a while back, and that was the same. bout 10 mins before the planned depature time, shitloads of cars started driving off, so everyone followed to the first island, then no-one knew where to go, so they just drove round the island. Was an absolute joke.
Ended up driving around the Town nearby to look for any other modded cars, and followed them .
Got there about an hour after leaving the services

i was well pissed with it. apparently the dartford convoy all made it there and some of the maidstone convoy got in, but the police turned up and stopped people from getting in. They had been given an anonymous tip off as to the destination so this cause hell with the following traffic. The other problem was they did not expect it to be anywhere near as busy as it actually was, so many cars that in fact cause a massive tailback on the m20.

Taken from www.ragit.com :
A big sorry to everyone.
A big sorry goes to everyone for all the confusion on the night , The night was running smoothly at first, we had one of the biggest turn out of cars i have ever seen!, It was looking obvious it was going to be a blinder.
The Dartford convoy all made it to destination 1 (tesco`s in snodland) but only half of the maidstone convoy got in due to the police blocking the entrance, this is where it went tits up!
There was cars blocking all the dual carriageway, all the way back to the m20. We were running on channel 8 on the walkies But everyone was jumping on saying where to go no one was listening,
everyone got split up and went to various places, gravesend, thurruck, southend, otford and where ever else?
( We spoke to the police before leaving and they had told us that they had been given a annoumous phone call saying the location etc ??? Now whether it is crap or what we will never know? But we have been told that there were certain people out to spoil it for everyone so if that was the case then thanks for blowing a possible blider of a night )
The ragit team and various others did finally meet up at otford and we made what we could of the rest of the night until it rained...we had tooksome pictures of some lovely cars on the night and we be looking into voting for which 3 we will be inviting to Donny we also sold load loads of raffle tickets and we will be drawing the results in the next few days
We do have something else in he pipeline for the near future which does not involve the pigs ( private land )and more convoy leaders will be around BUT i hope that last night did not dishearted you all.
he turn out was unbelievable but it was a big shame it got busted so early.
