When I go into task manager i've got 2 services.exe files
One does nothing but the others cpu usage is at 98-99 all the time.

I've ran spybot,ad aware and ran pc cillin........and no probs

Any ideas

i cant even run Task manager everytime i do it opens up in the tray at the bottom right(near the clock) but when i hover over it to click it... it disappears

This is a critical program, cant end

there should only be one instance of services.exe within the process list

if you have antivirus then get the latest definitions & run a full system scan, otherwise have a looksie through kazaa for norton antivirus 2003 pro, dont bother with 2004

ive read about 2 services.exe instances running after a system restore gone wrong....
