Off on hols tomorrow with the g/friend for her 18th to Tenerife for the week

We're staying in Playa De Las Americas (the place to be so I'm told). Can anyone recommend any good bars / clubs etc? and maybe a nice restaraunt for a meal on her 18th?

Cheers

Easy to spot, they are as black as the fire back and usually have a tray of fake Oakley's, watches, jewellery etc. Steer clear as much as possible, don't let them get hold of you or you'll never get away.

There are loads of good places to eat, we went to a shit hot English bar looking onto the sea midway between Las Americas ans Los Cristianos, buggered if I can remember what it was called though!

Jump in a taxi on the night you're going out for your meal and askthe driver to take you to Parque Santiago (they are apartment complexes and there are five maybe six of them now) but that is definately the posh end. The casino down there is massive and looks like a palace with all the columns outside it. Round about that area there is a smashing resteraunt that is upstairs. Its near where the crazy golf and mosiacs are (you'll know when you get there). In fact you can see down onto the crazy golf from the resteraunt. Thats a view in itself!!!
Anyway if you want to treat your lass, take her there, but be warned, the starters are MASSIVE and if you order a crepe for dessert they cook it and flame it in front of you!:
I hope you're not in Torviscas, up near the water park. Its a bit seedy looking and a right hike back cause its all uphill!!
Enjoy the holiday mate
