firstly this spec;-
1.6 16v with lexmaul inlet, viper induction kit, de-cat pipe, supersprint 4-2-1 exhaust manifold, bfo exhaust system (2.25" bore)

and then if i added a uni chip what would i get?

i would have thought about 125-130 bhp, then with chip maybe 10 more brake

Does that mean the standard bore on the bfo systems is 2.25" on all corsa's?

Too big for anything but the highly tuned 1.6's.

i used to have a 2.5" bore on my 1.4 and it feels like the bfo is alot more responcive!

I've got a 2" system on mine and it makes good power.

People reckon you can get 160bhp with that sort of spec, but it aint going to happen. Maybe 140ish though.

Standard Engine 109BHP
Lexmaul 20BHP
421 Zorst System 5 BHP
Uni Chip 10 BHP


Total BHP woul be around 144BHP depending on how your engine takes to modding could range from 144 to 130

You can't simply add up all the potential gains for an overall figure - these things work in synergy. Broster, I was running all of the above mods plus a gas-flowed and ported head. Made 153bhp, but that was with raised rev limit and lumpy cam. If you haven't worked on the head, those mods should see you in the region of 135ish bhp but ONLY if you have it all properly mapped with a Unichip

will prob get head work done aswell and a uni chip, just need money really!got all the parts, just need engine
