I want to get myself a set of lexus lights for my corsa and really liked these ones?
Don't see many people with them though so was just wondering if they're legal or not?

Depends on the actual unit, where did you see them? By the looks of it they have reflectors built in, so will be e-marked and therefore legal. I wouldnt mind a set of those for mine!

just because they have reflectors doesnt make em legal or e-marked...
if you get em on and there's white light showin round the lenses (obviously except for reverse), then you'll fail your MOT and cud be pulled by police for it...

Ignore my post then. Ask the manufacturers.

although i have to add, the main legality issue with aftermarket rear lights is the ommission of reflectors, so its more likely that they will be legal as they have them

agreed, they'll be ok durin daytime or when your lights are off, but when you switch on, thats when the probs occur - mine showed white light around the high intensity til I bodged some aluminium round the bulb. Lot of hassle tho.
Have seen a few of those up top tho, and they seem pretty sound...

The bottom line is if they are e-marked they are legal, it means they have passed the appropriate legislation regarding the manufacture and fitting for their purpose.
