I'm quite a friendly and outgoing person anyway, so I know my personality wont let me down, but just wanting some general interview tips, the little things count, any good questions I can ask etc?

The job is a Junior C++ Programmer and I think i have a good chance as the agency said they already wanted to interview me before the agency could 'sell' me to the company. The odds are good 5 people going for the job with 2 vacancies.

Ask them what plans and objectives they have for you if were to get the job. what the company plans on doing. What sort of oppotunities will get?
