Heres another interesting one, Especially for all those who enjoy the thrill of a 20xe in their corsa

You've obviously stiffened and lowered your suspension, but have you adjusted camber to compensate? If so then how did you do it / what did you use?

I've got some ajustable bottom arms to fit on mine, you cut the old ones in half and these are welded on, they have a thread on them so they can be ajusted

Camber can be adjusted by either fileing the TOP hole of the damper to hub mount, to elongate it and then once done you pull it right across into the new elongated part and bolt them up real tight. Or you can buy eccentric top mounts which cost about £150 a pair, they are rock solid so not suitable for daily road use, they are a pain to set up and you need to run coilovers to use them.

People try MIGWEB. They will tell you the HONEST truth about how unsuitable these are for daily road. Also Adam, explain to me exactly HOW you use them without coilovers... The 'standard' top mount has the top spring cup encorporated into it, how the hell do you use the eccentric ones with regular style dampers then what do you use as the top sring cup . Oh and since when did TAS do them for £130? Since they went under last year TAS have re-formed under a slightly differing name and Sales have informed me that the topmounts have increased in price.
BTW http://www.raldes.co.uk do them for around the £120 mark if anyone is interested.

Also filing the top hole is not dodgey, ask Vauxhall about it...

i suppose filing the holes and then a custom or adjustable strutbrace would hold it in position

I'll get the instructions that came with mine when i get home, it shows how you use them with standard style dampers.

I drive to work everyday with alloy topmounts and the coilovers on the hardest setting,

I'll oalso did out last years demon tweeks catalogue which has the price in it for them at ~£130
