how long do these last? 6 months or 12?

also do they send a reminder out when its about to expire like they do for normal road tax??

i hope so, they sent me a nice sorn reminder...............told me i face a court apperance and £3000 fine......or a £25 out of court settlement.

same here, been off road now for 8 months & not recieved anything, any confirmation of the sorn or anything

even rang them up & they didnt confirm it

i am hopefully picking a great little beasty tommorow for not much. it seems a good option to me, as my one may end up on a jig, and i can't afford that. also then i will have a car back

exactly same here mate, they dont send any confirmation of sorn, just hit you with a fine if you havent got one

so I guess tomorrow you find out if you keep it or not...

if so you just scrapping it then or breakin it for parts?

i have doors, bonnet, speed6 will be takin the boot, gsi side skirts, dash, side windows, headlights, and thats about it really, my car at the mo is a rolling shell pretty much!

ummm... also front window wiper linkages (the bits the wipers are bolted on to, like lil grooved splines)
passenger-side wing (if its ok)...
