the traffic wardens in lamberth put a ticket on a scooter while the bloke was being put into an ambulance

ther was a police van and ambulance but apparently the warden did not realise

it's one of those 3rd party companies who have given tickets in the past to busses stopped at bus stops and people parked on thier own drive!!!
