Right I bought a sandwich yesterday from Tesco, chicken and bacon, and a very tastey sandwich it was too!! What I was wondering tho was how do they get the bacon to go the way it does in the sandwiches. I normally grill my bacon and it doesnt end up anything like that and also doing it in the oven just makes it go really crispy. Anyone know how to get it like that??

Flamingcorsa is a chef, but to answer your post i would just assume it's because it's been in the fridge that makes it go like it does!!

Cook your bacon and leave it to cool down mate thats all the difference. Bacon also depends what kind they use as their are many types!! some more salty than others.
