i have just changed my N reg 5dr 1.4 corsa, for a really nice looking 3dr 1.1 corsa. the problem that i have is that me 1.4 didnt look very nice at all, it was older had no features to it at all (just a basic model). i have now gone for a very nice corsa which i love apart from the engine difference.
how much does it cost to buy a new engine such as a 1.6 or 1.8 and to have it fitted? i feel like a really need to look at this carfully as i am having a nightmare trying to drive this car

With ALL thats needed. hmmm, £4k i suppose
U can get a BASIC engine from vauxhall (trade club) for about £900, but thats nothing, block, sump, internals etc. U have to buy all the connectors, hoses etc.

better off buying a low mileage 1.4 16v/1.6 16v vauxhall lumb from a breakers for around 400 notes.
these engines are really tough and will last ofr ages if looked after
