i have done a search on this but cant find much, i am after getting some alloys, i know 15s and 16s are the best performace wise but how much do 17s effect acceleration etc....?

depends on what engine/power uve got

on my standard gsi engine on 17s, there was a loss, but not major, however if u put 17s on say a 1.2 u would notice it alot more

ive got a 1.4 sport, u reckon they'd be ok then.

u will notice it, but the fact uve got a 1.4, and im guessing its standard, then ur not excatly gonna be trying for speed so dosent really matter
