anyone had theirs over 9 months and got the free upgrade?

if you have do they get in touch with you, and state your due an upgrade or is it a case of you havin to e mail them?

just wondered cos i want a pic phone

I've got the Nokia 6610 and want the Sharp GX20, picture quality is incredible.

i changed to vodafone lately..but..........

I was on 02 for about 4 years and wouldn't let me upgrade till 1 year up...and always had to contact them..they will not contact you.....

and I have a sharp gx10i and it's no bad for a pic phone...

i've been on o2 for 10 months now and heard nothing from them so i guess its a case of pursueing them. After all they ain't give you nothing extra unless u ask for it.
