just lowered the car alst night on apex springs/standard shocks -40mm

the front dont really look that low to me could come down about 10mm

its a tad harsh also

thats apex springs for u m8,ive got them too and they dont lower as much as equivelant springs from other manufacturers

its takes a while for them to settle and bed in, will probably go a little lower although apex are well known for being a little dodgy!!!

Yes, but Corsa C springs are fine. I sell Apex and i can say they're only dodgy on the Corsa B, most other cars are fine. The reason they are dodgy on the Corsa B is because they are the same ones they used to fit for Corsa A (Nova)

im actualy half thinking of cutting a coil or 2 off the original front springs and sticking them back in but i dont want the car nose diving

what do ya's think

Dont cut a coil whatever you do. Its dangerous as fcuk.
If you want it lower get some different springs, may cost a few quid but its better than paying with your life.

i have an apex 60mm kit, if anything the front goes down more than that, its only the back that doesnt lower asmuch, maybe its about 30mm

Mines lower on one side then the other, only slightly, nobody really notices it except me.

Its a well harsh ride though Needing some new springs i reckon.

Still my springs are fairly fudged. Need to fit new bump stops too.

i went for a good drive yesterday bloody hell the ride is harsh

it has came down a small bit more

gonna have to do something abou the ride cant live with that for 2 long

mmmmmmmmm koni's me thinks

the lesson ive learnt here is not to try and cut corners just bite the bullet and pay the extra cash for the proper parts.
