wondering if they lower the amount, and how long do they last seeing as they are cheapish

yeah, went 40mm as stated on mine, seem to last pretty well - the worst bit of wear is on the rears where they make contact, has gone a bit rusty there, thats all...

they do lower the amount they say but i advise getting full kit so the damping rate is increased to match the springs or itll make it ride worse on just springs and standard shocks
