forgot ratios
4-2-1 or something like that paint - hardener - thinners (providing u get 2 pack)
as for tips - a hell of a lot of practise

dont spray the same area for too long, keep waving the gun and keep the spray mist as light as possible
after u use your pump and pack away, clean your airlines and paint hoses with a touch of thinners so it doesnt clump up inside and block them

i cant remember exactly
but i think...
u can get cellolous (sp) which is 1 pack which u just add thinners)
or 2 pack stuff (which gives a better finish)
should be using 2 pack
any place that mixes paint to a certain colour will do 2 pack pain
2 pack = paint and hardener

depends on the binder type of the paint, some are alkaline resistant and some are double bodied with a strong finishing paint film

Quesque tu les prends pour le petit dejuner??!!
What did you just say venom? im still learning. i think i understand the basis of two pack, basically has hardener already mixed with it and dries quicker and harder than normal cellulose based paints?!?

If you are spraying 2 pack do it in a well vetilated area as it contains cyanide. A mask would also be a good idea.

another thing is when u first get your pump out to start spraying release any pressure in the pump and airlines before u start, if u dont that pressure builds up and creates air pockets in the paint, then it wont cover aswell and thin it out a bit

2Pack paint is a ration of 2:1 (Paint and hardeners) and you can add upto 10% thinners

Yeah as said above 2 pac contains CYANIDE, i was strongly reccomended not to use it without full breathing apparatus or equivalent protection. Thus we did my m8s car in cellulose and its reasonably pants.
TBH cant reccomend doing it youself unless u have got / dont mind buying the necessary safety gear to use 2 pac.

I wouldn't touch isocyanide paints without extraction TBH, an old guy I know used it when it was first released without a mask not realising how dangerous it was. It serioulsy damaged his lungs and he died recently as a result of it. The guy who sprayed the car with him died much earlier too.
Stck to cellulose with a good rubber mask with correct filter on.

learn spraying cellulose paint.
there is also 3 settings on the spray gun, well there is on mine, one in for adjusting the cone, one is more how much air and the other is for how much paint.
depending on wat compressor etc your using i would start with the air fully out, the paint half out and the cone fully in.
do lots in primer first as its a lot easier to spray.
if you have bare metal then just spray a little bt on that first, then wait a few minutes before putting more on as this is the place its most likely to run.
prepare the old paint by using a grey scotchbrite and the 3m prep and blend liquid, then wash it off and wipe down the whole panel with thinnners.
