Im going to run my V6 on vodka this weekend, get some 89% stuff from the local vodka bar, im hoping to see 450bhp.
problem with running an alcohol based fuel is that it dissolves things

subaru impreze was running on methanol on tuned engine with 500bhp
they dumped the methanol system and installed an intercooler and was so much faster

I´ve talked to my preparator... and he said that i may get an extra 5 hp with a intercooler... not worth.... a lot of cars here run on methanol... specially in the drag competitions...
Here are some new pic´s, i´ve took last night...

you'll get more than 5hp from an intercooler. cooler air mean more boost.
also where does the air/fuel ratio sit while on boost

rememebr that it is not just size but the flow and pressure drop thats going to be caused by the intercooler. the VW/Audi/Seat 1.8 20VT intercoolers are good for flow

Ah I can see the RR plot now, I stand corrected.
People shouldnt take me so seriously though
If it was someone local or that engine was in somethign a bit more standard then there would have been loads of I smell bull sh1t cries re the power claims from many of you.
