The timing seems to be out on my 8v 1.4 sri....its pinking like a biatch!

anyone know of a way to correct this, or is it gonna have to be a visit to the mechanics?

check the timing belt/cam belt make sure it is set correctly.

just had the top end rebuilt, so im thinking the timing hasnt been set up properly.

might have to take a drive to good old crownhill, vauxhall for them to rip me off
