would anyone reccomend this sub first of all?

which amps would be a good match for this?

i assume i can power each voice coil from seperate amps if i wish?

could i for example either split or daisy chain the RCAs into 2 alpine MRDM500 amps which each supply 1 x 400W rms @ 2 ohms (from 12v supply) then connect each amp to each voice coil.

this would be the same as connecting a single amp of 800W rms @ 1ohm to both coils in parallel wouldn't it?

the sub is 1000W rms and has 2 2ohm voice coils
