Do you mean the display doesnt light up? Sounds generally fooked to me, prolly best to take it to an ICE repairer type person to get it fixed, shouldnt cost much, prolly less a new HU. Where bouts you located? In Sheffield theres a good place called Auto-Tek, they're the authrised repairers for loads of manufacturars and could prolly do it by post. Only cost £40 to replace the whole motorising part on my Pioneer 8400.
