My nan has one of these, she had her voice box removed due to cancer. Doesnt use it much though, we tend to just lip read as its impossible to understand what is being said half the time.

A proper one is likely to be loads of money.

If you don't mind your fun being at a desk then you can probably get hold of some vocoder software to alter whatever comes in the mic on your computer.

Failing that a throat microphone, not sure how much they are either!
