been driving about in my 2 litre 16v corsa today as its finally finished!
just one problem tho, it runs so hot and its blown a few hoses, im using the 1.2 rad but i thought the rads were all the same in corsa's? i compared mine to a gsi one and it looked identical so i went ahead and used the 1.2 one
is this right?

What sort of driving were you doing?
Loads of people use 1.2 rads on 2.0 nova's....

If there is no thermostat then it should stay cold, rather than overheat...
Are you sure its all plumbed in correctly?
Was the rad and header tank hot?
