... i'm thinking of getting NoS in my 1.6 sport but i'm worried it might pop the engine. what would i have to change in the engine to make the NoS safe to run ?

my mates garage does wizards of nos kits fitted, he has one one his VTR no other engine mods needed,

where is this garage? Are u sure u don't have to modify the engine? i've been told 50 shot is ok but anything bigger might require some work

You WILL shorten the life of your engine if you use it too much.

On a standard 1.6 16v engine UPTO 25bhp extra should be fine IF used in moderation. ANY higher you WILL need to start uprating the internals.

Your looking at some decent plugs at least. If your happy with 25bhp then you'll be fine. The noswizard forum is an excellent resource.
