Hi peeps
I like to know how they fit a f50 vent step by step like i aint doing it myself but intrested on how they do it
Can Any1 please tell cheers guys

i aint no expert and never seen or know really how its properly done.
but i thought it is screwed on with body kit glue all under it, then fillered so its smoothed in.

i believe that one ^^ is a fibreglass whole bonnet.
Best way to go if u dont want it to crack

yeah, i wouodnt personally buy an f50 vent, the curve on it is probably totally wrong to the corsa bonnet, better off just buying the whole bonnet, probably work out cheaper anyway

they just cut out the shape.....
put the vent in the hole, bodyfiller the edges.. smooth it all in then smooth some more.... spray then paint...

When i fitted mine i cut out the bonnett so it looked like an evo 6 lol then sat the vent on and kept cutting till it was flsh, then sticker flexed it on and pot rivoted it on, fibreglass round it then filled to edge of bonnet so there were no lines

i'd tigerseal and rivet it to make sure it was secured properly before smoothing it in.

just be cautious mate they ofteb sink and the rivets become visable

how can it not be secure with bodyfiller on it.....
mines been on now 6 months... not probs
only used filler...

wez is right it needs to b seemed looks like kurt ya bonnet will b insucure in future seeming gives extra support
