NO IT ISNT TOUCH SCREEN BUT ALL THE BUTTONS ARE PLACED ON THE "FLIP OUT" SECTION, EXCEPT THE VOLUME COZ YOU CAN CLOSE THE SCREEN IF YOU WANT TO WHILE ITS STILL PLAYIN MUSIC ETC.
