There is a knocking noise from my steering when stop and wheels facing dead straight, when i move slightly from left to right

mine does this in my corsa c too, is it a serious problem, its not a loud knocking tho

dont worry about it mine does this it's been to vaux and had a rack and the column assembly and it still does it.they admit to this being a design fault but isn't serious and they won't do it under warranty anymore.

yup me too...done it for bout 6 months now....vaux tried to fix....still does it

mine doesnt knock mine squeaks like a bitch and im told thats the rack?

Is it expensive to change?
