As much as they say they do, i.e 40mm springs will lower 40mm. What are the best make of springs to get?

i recon they lower more than they state, at the back anyway defo more

depends what you want the springs for
if you only want them to lower the car and aint worried about handling or comfort then go for the cheapest
if you want lowering plus comfort & handling then go for Eibachs

Yeah they do lower what they state. my -60mm PI springs are up for sale.
