My tax runs out end of this month and i havent yet recieved the things you take into he posty, now the problem is i have money at the mo so would like to pay for it now and nknow come the end of the month i will be skint, do u need to wait for the document to come throught the post or is there anyway to do it without? My luck i wont recieve it and get a fine.

U can do it at PO with a V10 form if u dont have the thing... I'm bout to do mine today that way

if you take the v5 "logbook"
mot and insurance cert
you can get tax

Shove the money in an envelope, seal it and write TAX on it. Then you wont spend it (unless you sneak it out!)

When I went to get my SORN, they told me I still needed an MOT & unsurance to get this also

this was last year though & it was some old fart on the counter!

I'd be fcuked if I need an MOT & Insurance when I come to re-declare a SORN in a few months

Good idea but i would open it with the view of putting it back
Sorted now anyway if worst come to worst i pay by cheque to days before end of the month then when it clears i will have been paid

Just back, filled in the v10 vehicle reg. doc.
Had the V5, MOT and Insurance Cert.
Was all that was needed
