Was the same with me when I was 16 then I turned 17 in Jan and thought it would have changed... nope!! Everytime I say "I'm 17 so I can do what I want" she turns round and says "Yeah but u live under my roof" sod that... I pay enough dig money to own part of the house!!!!
But again I love my b'friend so much and would never give up on him just cos of that - never am going to give up on him!!!
Do many people have these problems with parents?? I thought it was just me....

when I was 19 I was dating a guy who was 11 years older then me and a foreigner.... my parents we mental all the 4 years I was with him. Never really stopped my untill one day I woke up and realized they were completely right all these years. Dumped him with no regrets.
