i always bite the top off and use my tounge to lick out the middle bit.. Dunno why, but i have always done this.. Not meant to be rude or anything.

Or the mini ones are in one

i eat mine by...
1 - taking it out of packaging
2 - bit the top bit off
3 - bite another bit off whilst taking sum of the middles out with my tongue
4 - another bit bites the dust and the tongue action mentioned b4
5 - and then more and more bits with tongue action
6 - its now in my stomach
7 - few days later i've probly already shit it out

I eat the foil too, I don't like how the landfill site in Gerrards Cross is expanding!
