I give blood, and I'm a rare blood type! But carn't give it for another 2months coz I went to a high risk milaria country for my holidays

i'm a nurse i give blood regular, it's not that bad to give blood.

"i can't give blood as they'll find too many illegal substances there, blah, blah'... but it's ok to drive a car... hmmm. i'm a bit worried that a lot of people here consider that ok, but when we see posts like ' i was caught doing 37mph in a 30 etc' the person gets morally executed. cannabis can be detected in your bloodstream for up to 90 days, everything else ranges from hrs to about 2 days. if they do find any substances in your blood they just won't use it - they aren't there to police people. if there are illicits there, you're wasted your time, if not, you've saved someone's life.

Can u still give blood if u smoke a bit of weed? coz i read the form for it and it says nothing about drugs, jus the stuff about tatoos and piercings etc??

werent too happy tho when they said i cudnt drink for 24 hrs or exercise for 48

one of my mates at college used to give blood. He said it helped him loose weight as he was on a diet! How does ur body replace the blood lost? what does it use to make new blood?

I was like WTF!
