Any solvent that would femove superglue would invariably remove the paint too.
But..........as far as superglue remover goes I used to have this stuff

I searched for the name, and to be honest I used to it get superglue off a kitchen worktop and it worked, but whether it would be any good on a painted panel is anyones guess.

you can buy superglue remover from diy stores but be careful cuz it could ruin the paintwork.

last week when I was drivin on the turnpike here some one droped a bucket of paint onto the roadway and it got all over my car and I took it to the shop and they removed it with s-L-x denatured alcohol and it took the white paint off my blue car but it didnt take my paint off....dont know if it works on superglue tho its made by klean-strip....it didnt damage my paint at all tho.....dont know if u have it ther

use acetone i regualrly glue myself to the work tops at work and there is always a bottle handy within reach
