"You need money to make money"

so yea, you will need some cash behind you (loan from a bank or fokes if you can, no interest ) and then research in the area in detail.

And if you do, offer the best customer services you can, at the end of the day its your customer that will make your buisness a success

do some research first google it, until you cant google no more! then have a look around some studios near you (pretend to be a customer or something) and see what they do, ideas etc

Then work out your budget, equipment, building etc.

if your really serious then have a look through some Buisness Studies books. That will give you a good under standing of running a buisness and most B.S books will tell you what you need to do to start up a buisness etc.
